It may be worth being very careful using Groupon these days. Probably wont use again.I had a nectar deal to use, so I 'took advantage' of a Black friday offer, I received an e-mail " Thank you for your order , placed on 23 November 2018." Then an invoice. I was expecting to receive it Friday, Instead on Thursday I got another e-mail "Your Groupon Has Been Refunded". I thought at first it was a scam to get my bank details, but no. No apology, no explanation, no order. To make matters worse they took my £50 plus just before my credit card cut off date, and refunded after, so I have to pay for it and not get the money back until next month ! I didnt think any reputable company took money before the order was dispatched.
