First, the product that was sent was not of the same color as advertised. Second, the product arrived with a product malfunction that made it unusable. Third, to resolve this I had to send many emails of the course of two days. Each email was responded to with the company trying to blame me, talk down to me, and get out of any responsibility they have to replace the product. They then said if I wanted it fixed I could do it myself or pay for it to be shipped both ways. I followed *their directions* for fixing it myself and it didn't work and they said that it has now been modified, so I can't return it. Very unprofessional, insecure, and shady.
