holidaytaxis.comは安全ですか？

Rip-off airport-hotel-airport transfer shuttle: We booked an airport-hotel-airport transfer shuttle with holidaytaxis.com for a trip in Spain in April 2010. Their service left us 1) disappointed (late on pick-up without any kind of information - we had to call to find out what was wrong) and 2) with uncovered costs of EUR 170 from an alternate taxi drive (we had to last-minute book a local taxi because the transfer shuttle did NOT show up at the hotel as confirmed on the day prior to pick-up!) plus uncovered telephone expenses (approx. EUR 55). HolidayTaxis' Customer Service in my opinion does not deserve any letter of its name. Stubborn, dishonest (making up stories of proof & changing them for any counter-argument/proof I could provide), rip-off. I tried to persuade them intensly to refund my uncovered costs, but to date they have refused to do so. Too bad there are still travel agencies out there who try to rip customers off instead of simply providing them with decent service. Efforts & money invested in sound business making & true customer satisfaction would be better placed than into 'fancy' websites. K. Russi, Switzerland.
