kogan.comは安全ですか？

Kogan is an excellent online store… a great selection of electronics and home goods are available. While I’ve had good experiences with their product range, I did encounter some delays in delivery. The customer service is generally responsive, but there were a few instances where resolutions took a bit longer than I expected. Overall, with a few improvements in these areas, Kogan could provide an even better shopping experience. I'm satisfied and would recommend them…

Nightmare, signed up for the 14 day free trial and canceled within an hour realising it was of no benefit since I living in a regional area, postage costs are ridiculous. Kogan then charged me for 1 year membership and I can't talk to anyone to speak to. Sent a message through the automated customer care. All I got was an automated, message not even addressing the issue. You have no way of contacting them, no recourse. I am doing a chargeback on my credit card.

I made the mistake of purchasing once an now get emails every few days. They put me on many mail lists. I can't believed I got sucked in again! I bought an alarm clock for $40 and found exactly the same item on ebay for only $28 from a local seller. I tried to cancel the order but they refused. Now I'm getting even more of their spam. I suspect that the positive reviews are by staff.

This is my 3rd time purchase with Kogan. Ordering process and delivery process is good. After sale service is very bad. There is no one to follow the problems. I have to contact 'customer support team' so many times under my item is still in warranty. STILL I haven't got any response. If you buy product from Kogan, cross the finger for your product as they really don't have a good customer after sale service. I will never buy from Kogan again.
