This was my favorite website back when I was living in the Barcelona. I read local news on this website and they were always published in time. Its relevance... Uhm, sometimes I encountered articles about events that had already passed by that time, but anyway, I was just using such articles for reading to improve my language skills. I am quite envious to those living in this country right now, cuz we don't have such a full-fledged aggregator. Maybe I am mistaken, but anyway.

I just got to this page, the article seems good but all of a sudden I have over 20 links of the same page in my "back" arrow!It seems it keeps on reloading itself, is it really in such bad need of views?I find that rather questionable and it makes me uneasy.
