litter-robot.comは安全ですか？

Not only is their product great (I've had mine for about six months now), but I found their customer service to be great as well. I got my Litter Robot in perfect condition and packaged excellently in no time at all. What really impressed me, though, is how they handled it when things went wrong. I bought my LR under their automatic three-payments plan, and right before my third payment I had a serious fraud on my bank account which wiped me out. While I was dealing with the bank to get my money back, I guess Litter Robot's automatic payment pinged them back that their request for payment was denied. I was given an extremely courteous and non-judgmental phone call which I returned two days later, and once I explained to the rep what was going on she just told me they would put a note in my file and wait to hear from me once I had sorted out my problem. No hassle, no threats, no added stress on an already stressful situation. About two weeks later I was able to make my final payment, without having received any letters or additional phone calls from LR. It REALLY impressed me, and is one more reason I recommend the company and the product to all my cat-loving friends!
