I am commenting on my personal experience with My Computer Works. Having recently returned from Africa after being abroad for over 40 years, using my Toshiba in English was , to say the least, immensely challenging. I got lucky and found them in the yellow pages. They cleaned up my computer mess, taught t me new functions with multiple ways to achieve my goals and have gone way beyond the call of duty. I trust them implicitly and would and have recommended them to clients and friends. They offer various techno. services and they will be designing my central American web site for fine art. Also, they are extremely articulate and talented about teaching while providing. My hope is they go international so when I move to Belize I'll never have to use any other company. I have received spam from this site. After checking several sites, I decided to post my opinion. I noticed that on WOT, many of the favorable ratings have only 1 or 2 posts. Frequently that indicates a shill. Their ads are very similar to other companies that had tons of complaints. From what I have read, I would not trust my computer to these people

I have used My Computer Works for at least 3 years now. Last year I switched to the somewhat higher monthly cost priority service. I have been completely satisfied with both their routine and priority service (response within 1 hour), but swithced because I am inherently impatient! I am NOT a computer whiz. My skills lie mostly in photo editing. They have helped me numerous times with major and minor probles ranging from a corrupted profile to simpler tasks such as recovering my sound function when I switched from a DVI cable to an HDMI cable when I acquired a new monitor. ALL techs I have worked with have been friendly, patient with my ignorance and helpful. I strongly recommend the team at My Computer Works. I trust them and depend on them!

Have been using My Computer Works for several years and rate them as "Excellent" in all areas of work, customer service and ease of use. All my work has been done remotely, although they will do on site work. If you are in business and need faster service, they offer a Premium service. Also, they offer a Back-up service. All costs are extremely reasonable. Techs are pleasant, courteous and skilled. Office staff is always helpful and personable. Fantastic service.....great value.

I've used MCW for about 7 years now for my personal computer. They've always been great. Techs have always been nice dispite my lack of knowledge of computers. They've always been successful at making the needed repairs and they are affordable for an average income earning like me.

This is a great service. Techs are U.S. based, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I have been using the service for 4 years for a variety of computer problem as well as for advise on which computer to buy or software to use. They are completely reliable and trustworthy.

I have used mycomputerworks.com over the past 3 or 4 years for several computers in my family. I rated them excellent on all the above but no rating on child safety as that doesn't apply. The process to get connected for online tech support is easy and user/customer friendly. Once they get on your computer, they do their thing and you are 'free to move about your cabin.' Then they call back and your computer is fixed. My son had a very tough problem compounded by power supply issues and after 3 calls, they fixed the issues and all for the one price. Definitely worth the money. I used to take my computer to a local shop and the bill was always $300 no matter what, each time they touched it. Don't do that anymore. As a 51-year old retiree, I depend upon My Computer Works, Inc., to take care of computer maintenance, upgrades, & security in an efficient, expert way. Today I received excellent service from Mark W. at My Computer Works, Inc. He was friendly, informative, courteous, very efficient. In addition, I am grateful for the efforts that MCW took to keep in touch with me. After I phoned them a few days ago, I had to leave town unexpectedly. The MCW staff made repeated attempts to reach me in order to follow-through on my service appointment. Thank you, MCW.
