Very reliable vendor, goods arrive very quickly and in perfect condition. The slight complaint I have is that when they email the despatch notice, it is a single automatically generated bulk email which is sent to ALL customers whose orders have been despatched that day. What this means is that the email you receive will have been copied to several (often 30-50!) other people, all of whose email addresses are in the CC field of the email. Not only are you seeing the addresses of all other customers whose orders have been despatched, but those 50 people are seeing YOUR address. Makes me a little concerned about my privacy!
