Appears to be a very popular site with people who are either looking for or advertising a spare room etc., and potentially it could be extremely useful and excellent.
However, they are let down by a member of their "award winning customer services team" who was extremely rude and insulting to me. I have been left with the impression of extreme incompetence from this "award winning team"!

It seems wrong that users are being warned off from a useful site.
Cannot comment on accusations of spamming, though owners comments on forum seem to be in the right spirit

I have used this website for several years and find many of my tenants for my large houseshares through the site. I have had no issues and have found it to be a good site to use.
