English: Please don't buy there! If you have a problem with your shoes, they don't accept this. And if you tried the shoes outside - and even when it was just for a few minutes - they just say: " Sorry, but you can't claim them, you used them, so the shoes are used and we don't accept used shoes. There's no problem with the shoes, it has to be soemthing else."(even if there's a big problem with the shoes) German: Bitte kauft dort nicht ein! Wenn ihr ein Problem mit den Schuhen habt, akzeptieren sie das nicht. Die Frau vom Kundenservice (Die Chefin!!!) meinte nur, dass es nicht ihre Schuld sei, sondern die Schuld von einem selber und dass die Schuhe keine Schäden usw hätten. Und wenn man die Schuhe draußen anprobiert oder testet (muss man bei Fußballschuhen ja), selbst wenn es nur ein paar Minuten waren, meinen die nur: "Es tut uns Leid, wir können die Schuhe nicht zurücknehmen, sie haben sie benutzt, somit sind sie gebraucht und gebrauchte Ware nehmen wir nicht an! Es gibt auch kein Problem mit den Schuhen, das muss was anderes sein." ( Selbst wenn es ein großes Problem mit den Scvhuhen gibt!!)
