I got messages in my twitch inbox from spammers. using this service can get your twitch channel suspended, which would be a waste of money, and all the effort you put into your channel. the public can and will see all the accounts that follow twitch channels, and they will check up on following patterns of each of those accounts.

Trustworthiness is about as much as you can expect from a group that spams website and e-mail inboxes. Treat it like any other spammer site.
