I have ordered many items from this site over the past few years and have found the items to be exactly as described and the service to be good. They were very informative when something was out of stock,and I had no trouble getting a replacement for an item damaged in shipping.

I have purchased items from this catalog for years and found the people to be very good at customer service. if the site is on a spam list, someone ought to notify the owners of the small company about this wot rating so that they can respond. I do not remember receiving spam from the company.

I don't believe a site ought to be blacklisted simply because an automated system put it on a spam list! This site has been useful to me and I have not found any spam coming from this site. Why is it rated so low here? Anyone actually had EXPERIENCE with problems here, or is it just that a list somewhere listed it??? I'd like to know...
