I am the Recruitment Manager for a large company that posts 2 job ads a month on an ongoing basis (alternating between 2 different ads (same position) every 2 weeks) for positions for our call centre (among others). I solely advertised positions through ***** and it get results in terms of volume of applicants or quality of candidates. We purchase premium ads only and can get anywhere between ***** applicants each ad which compared to similar ads for similar positions in UAE is quite good.
