Had my identity stolen and a credit account opened in my name because of the lack of security on this site very.co.uk. Disgusting!  Customer service department could not care less just after orders!

MIsold me a phone - they advertised it as dual sim, it was not. Late delivery, waited in twice for a day no luck. Argued when I wanted a refund, waited in three times for broken pick up dates. after 17 since they took the phone, days (breaking their ten day refund promise) they refunded the phone cost, but not the cost of the phone insurance. Perhaps twenty broken promises in all. Buyer beware - be VERY aware.

I bought and paid for a microwave using my debit card, delivered OK, and away I went on a six months tour, during this time they credited my account with the cost of the microwave and opened a credit account, six months later the penalty charges exceeded the cost of the microwave. forget the help line .
