This company cold-calls people claiming to be able to provide tech support. The whole thing, though, is entirely a scam. They will not help you and simply want your money. This is a completely unethical company.

Microsoft dropped this company due to phone scams and even today they still do what they do.
If you download their product, it will install corrupt files that will turn your computer into a virus hive. It will also make you buy AV protection to take your money.

Still active with phone scams, claiming knowledge of problems on your pc, claiming to be 'the caretaker for Windows basically', and offering a fix non-existent issues. Use MS 'event viewer' to try to scare the unwary.
