OK site however privacy concerns are raised with regard to the sending of catalogs & other marketing when not requested (e.g. order from site such as Amazon yet they still treat you as a customer here and register you for their marketing information)

My only bitch so far is that they use Yodel to deliver their stuff. Had big problems with them in the past-last June-said they could not find my address which is urban, just off a major national road and not a problem to other parcel delivery services!-furthermore, 2 letters of complaint sent recorded delivery were never answered. Had I known before I ordered that they used Yodel I would not have bothered.

Product Supplied (car heater) was rubbish. Said so in site review. Review not published on ly 5 star reviews appear. How many other rubbish reviews are suppressed?

When I hadn't received an order that should have arrived I sent an email. After a few days they replied saying: " I can confirm to you that the item you have ordered is sold out and we are not expecting any further stock of the willow cat bed, no payment has been taken from your card and the order will be cancelled." Had I not queried the order I would never have known. Very poor customer services and I doubt I shall be using them again.
