Don´t use this platform! I bought 2 tickets for Bayern Munich - Lazio Rome in Munich on 5th of March 2024. The tickets were immediatelly recognized by a scanner as black market and we were refused to enter the stadium... I was contacted many times by somebody from the paltform, to use another gate, say that "tickets are from your friend" and other "smart advices", just to be confused... after all this no communication, no refund, nothing... just fraud!

Be very careful; risk of being scammed. I bought tickets for the Liverpool vs Bournemouth game on the 19th of Aug. 2023, and I deliberately chose to pay a higher price for a ticket in the Kop stand because of it's significance for Liverpool fans. My ticket only arrived at the early hours of the matchday, and only after I emailed them with my booking details to enquire about the late delivery, as I was worried about travelling without a ticket. The ticket I purchased had "Kop Grandstand" written on it, but the ticket I received only had a barcode and entry point details. At that point I had no reason to suspect it was a different stand. When I got to the ground I discovered I was given a seat in a low (not great view) seat in a different stand. It took away from the enjoyment of the day, as you expect, as I was really looking forward to being on the historic Kop. When I complained to the company they gave me this BS story it was an "upgrade" from the seller, which anyone with half a brain knows is BS. Not bothering to inform me or give me the choice of such an "upgrade" tells you all you need to know. I could have bought that ticket for much less if I wanted to. Clearly, the company resells the more wanted seats for higher prices closer to the matchday and allocates cheaper seats to the original buyers. That's if those seats exist in the first place. These scammers make a lot of money this way because they can sell one ticket to many people. Also, from my dealing with their so-called customer service afterwards, it is clear this is a scam. Even if we believe their "upgrade" claim for a second, surely no seller has the right to make such a change without the consent of the buyer. Also, if the seller is a normal fan, how does he have access to other tickets and the ability to issue tickets so easily? I know anyone working in this field is not going to be an angel, but I expected better after seeing the Trustpilot score. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that a good number of the 5 star reviews are fake. My advice is to buy from more reputable sites, or just go for the cheapest tickets available, because there is no way of protecting yourself if you buy the more expensive tickets.

Our game got rescheduled and footballticketnet offered to change the game. I provided all details regarding the other game we want to attend but we are still waiting for confirmation. I have sent several reminders and weeks have passed without a confirmation. Since we are traveling from afar we would have to change our flight tickets depending on what game we will attend. Their strategy is to wait until the last minute and charge more. I don't recommend footballticketnet and suggest you buy your tickets elsewhere.

Stay away from this company. My family and I experienced a nightmare. They had guaranteed that we would sit together, but none of the 5 of us sat together. EVERYONE sat separately. The worst part was that the children are aged 9, 13 and 15 years. The 9-year-old girl was scared, uncomfortable and crying. We tried to mix the places but without success. I paid expensive money and the whole experience was ruined. I'm not normally picky, but when they do that and there are children involved, it's not ok. It should be illegal. Great times at Old Trafford! My husband is a HUGE Man United fan, so what can be better than taking him to a Man U- Arsenal match at the Traff? Problem is this is of course a high demand match with many ticket requests, but lucky for us, we found Football Ticket Net via a Google search. Their site is maybe the best I saw – very user friendly and simple even to people like me. I was not sure at first of how ordering tickets online via a secondary ticket company was going to be and sure -prices were not cheap, but the seats were great as we got the tickets to our Manchester hotel 2 days prior to the match date. Final result was a 1-1 draw, but for Football Ticket Net this a fine W in the victory column - well done lads, well done.

Sure the prices are more than face value, but this is what happens in all secondary market websites when it’s a big match and hard to get tickets. Their customer service is second to none. The website is very user friendly and most important the delivery of the tickets and the seats in the stadium (tried them already for 3 different matches) are always the best in the category you choose.

From LA to Barca – great experience We follow FC Barcelona all the way from Los Angeles, and had the chance to see Messi and friends playing live in action last week in the Nou Camp. The Mecca of Football Opened the Football season with 3 tickets to FC Barcelona @ the Camp Nou vs Betis. Saw Messi scoring twice, Suarez with a hattrik and overall a great atmosphere as Barca just crushed poor Betis Seville side with a 6-2 overall. Bought tickets from FTN – not for the first time. Fine service, good tks Searched a ticket site I can trust with purchasing UEFA Super Cup tickets and came up with Football Ticket Net. Their website is very user friendly and the tickets prices were very low compering to other websites. We got the tickets in mail 2 days before the match that was great with good seats and atmosphere.

Only good things We are huge AC Milan fans, since the glory days and had a chance to watch our beloved rossoneri live in action vs AS Roma at the San Siro. We liked the fact that the tickets were electronic tickets – easy to download and being sent 2 days prior to the match. Access to the stadium was easy – our tickets – category 1 Silver were as advertised. Unlucky us – AC Milan lost 1:3, but besides that it was a good experience.
