The site has a sort of "paywall" - you have to agree for them to trade all information about you in order to see the "full" site. It does not provide technicalities about "purposes" - just telling you they are going to collect and share your personal data with their "partners". What kind of personal data or what partners - not a word.
If you disallow any purpose, you are getting to a limited version or to no information at all. To articles like "how to masturbate with vagina".
This is highly unethical and potentially illegal, at least in Europe. Basically it forces you to give up your personal information.
