This company sell computer components, but are not an "end-user" organisation. If you buy something, they expect you to understand where and how it fits and exactly what it does. Returning items that don't work is complex. Having said that, I have used them for about 10 years and have returned a few items without problems.

I have used Scan for a number of years without a problem, however recently ordered several components for a new server I was building. I understood at the time that the mobo was on pre-order. I emailed after a month of waiting and had it chased, and was then informed that it wasn't going to be back in stock. They couldn't offer an alternative mobo and seemed rather brash about pre-orders being out of their hands. I had to get a refund and order from somewhere else. I would like to have been informed earlier on about the problems with my order. Disappointed with my experience after years of good service.

Used site number of times, great for service, delivery and price. I have just had to urgently replace a component to get my PC working, and wanted to order from a site that I would be confident would have the item delivered to me the next day.
