Overall great site. Never had problems and prices are usually on the more competitive side. Marketplace seller products need to be price-checked with other sites that may offer the same product such as staples, amazon, london drugs, canadacomputers, etc.

They took back their FutureShop banner overnight in our town. Good staff disappeared and was replaced by BB staff, who keep telling us to shop online. When we ask them a question, they quickly "draw" their phone and try to find answer on the web while telling us "I will look on the web to find an answer to your question", to make sure the message will be understood. Then they ask us our email address, so they will be able to send you a digital copy of the bill, because of course ink on the receipt will vanish before you get home. A few days later, you mailbox will be inundated with Best Buy spam. <sigh>

A retail store that sells electronics such as computer, video games, TV's and more. I have purchased from them many times in the past and I always visit their stores when I go shopping. Their customer service is good.
