Безопасен ли db.de?

extreme bad online-booking experience: - asks you for 1 000 000 little details to make a 100.00% sure that the ticket will only be used by one person - while you look some redicolous small details up, the page might most probably have expired - this might even happen to you a few times in a row for several small details; each time every detail for the journey has te be searched for new - filled in all the other little details you looked up already again - after last time you got kicked out but now know everything and will make it in time, the ticketprice might suddenly has risen between 2 - 10 times as much - you might already spend maybe hours of your time trying to book that one ticket so call the sutomer-service-hotline which gives you a number of another service-hotline, which gives you a number of another......................, each time waiting in the "please-hold-the-line-cue" - each time paying extra-phonecostes for expensive hotline, each time very friendly being told you will be helped to get your ticket at your old price, but just have to call the right hotline - in the end the numbers of another line jumps in a triangle, having that said the person of the hotline that person puts me through to the right person who could do something (just one click and there it is) - who then tells me that of course I have to pay now 10 times more or walk............................ happened to me several times like this or alike

Hier kann man sich über Zugverbindungen informieren ohne lange am Schalter anstehen zu müssen. Allerdings sind Informationen zu Sonderangeboten spärlich gestreut bzw. werden gar nicht angegeben. So wird man verleitet einen teuren Preis zu zahlen, obwohl es ein günstigeres Angebot gäbe (z.B. Länderticket). Unter Service verstehe ich da etwas anderes.

Zur Qualität: Meistens sind die Fahrgäste selbst Schuld, wenn Wagons verschmutzt sind, würde jeder seinen Müll wieder mitnehmen wäre es sauberer; was ich störend finde ist das der Fahrplan nicht flexibel ist, in den Morgen und NachmittagsStunden sollten mehr oder größere Züge fahren damit man nicht eingepfercht in den Zügen stehen muss.
