DHGATE Seller: Redbud06 shipped me product that didn't look like the picture I paid $70.00 and they gave me a $10.00 refund. They are a ripoff do not buy from them. This is why PayPal is not used on their platform. They will protect their Chinese sellers.

I've been shopping on DHgate for a few years now. I think it's time to share my impressions, especially since DHgate reviews are generally good. You can see the full review on the website Revieweek (https://revieweek.com/review/dhgate/). The site is very easy to use, reminiscent of Aliexpress. But on dhgate there is less chance (almost none) to buy low-quality things. Very large selection of products for all tastes and wallets. The only drawback is the small list of payment methods.

dhgate arnaque Mise en garde! Le vendeur triche! Arnaquer le vendeur !!! Je n'ai pas reçu le colis et la commande était fermée pour le mauvais numéro de piste, mais je ne l'ai pas fait !!! Je n'ai pas reçu ma commande! Ne passez pas de commandes ici si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre argent! 12 personnes dans le même cas

Absolut NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN. Sowohl der Kundensupport ist weder hilfreich (ständig wechselnde Berater), noch geht der Support über 0815 Textbausteine hinaus. Im März Ware für über 500€ bestellt, laut Tracking kam diese in Deutschland an aber niemand wusste wo - bei mir jedenfalls nicht. Nachdem das System mir dann AUTOMATISCH eine Mail geschrieben hat, in welcher ich sieben Tage Zeit gehabt hätte zu verhindern, dass der Verkäufer sein Geld bekommt, hat DHGate das Geld an den Verkäufer überwiesen und meinte, alles wäre gut. Daraufhin habe ich dem Verkäufer geschrieben, dass die Ware nie ankam und ich um Zusendung neuer Ware oder Rückerstattung bitte. Daraufhin hat er die Ware verschickt und nach !!! 18 Tagen !!! (angeblich hat er es per Express verschickt) kam online die Meldung, es wurde zugestellt und wieder war keine Spur davon zu sehen. Seither antwortet der Verkäufer nicht mehr und auch der DHGate Support hilft nicht weiter. Der Support beruft sich darauf, dass ja kein "Disput" eröffnet wurde und sie daher nichts tun können... Lächerlich wirklich. Jedem, dem sein Geld lieb ist, sollte sich nach einem ORDENTLICHEN Onlineshop umsehen und getrost die Finger von DHGate lassen. Alles Betrüger!

They sell porn toys so there goes your child safety. And the rest: Clickwhoring from searchengines claiming to have pretty much anything you want. Sorry, they don't. What they do have are cheap clones of brand items made to look like the original but of very low quality. Payment system is insecure. Use at your own risk. I would stay as far away as I can.

I ordered a phone from ibaby888 thru Dhgate 0n ***** with an expected delivery of ***** I received an invalid tracking Number...I contacted shipper, the answer was delayed til after the start of Chinese New Year. So I had to wait 2 weeks for an answer..after end of holiday I again contacted shipper was told has shipped ( again a lie) and to wait 2-3 days for the tracking number...Number was due today...Just received a cancellation of the order instead . Will see how they do on refund .But not holding my breath. DO NOT USE!!!!

I never visited this website yet a credit card transaction was processed with my 3 digit security code from the back of the card (unknown how this information was stolen) but DHGATE.Com would not respond to my contact attempts or provide any sales information. My credit card company has refunded the funds, replaced my card and has left notes for authorities regarding the illegal unauthorized transaction.
