I've purchased from Heartland Vet Supply on numerous occasions without a single problem. As recommended by some reviewers, I visited the NABP site and then checked out the Better Business Bureau to found NO evidence of complaints. Be careful about your reviews. Irresponsibility could ruin a decent business.

I have been doing business with Heartland Vet for 4 years and never have had a problem. Timely shipping, they either send it out the same day or the next day. The sales reps are helpful and there is even a vet there who answers my questions. Very convenient when getting prescriptions for my pets. They contact the vet for me so I don't have to take the time to do it. I saw there was a comment on here from someone in Germany, Heartland only does business in the United States.

I have dealt with this company over 5 different times. They have excellent customer service. There products are delivered in a timely manner. They ship any refrigerated vaccines in a styrofoam box with more than enough ice to keep them cold. I highly recommend this pet supply and pharmacy. Highly
