It would be great if this website would have a mail address to report Internet Fraud committed by chinese with non-chinese victims. It would also be great if this site would be in english too. A lot of information about crimes and tips how to prevent or recognize fraud. But if you are a victim of fraud and not living in China, how can you report ? The makers of this site and the departments investigating fraud shoul take a look how Hongkong Police Force offers the possibility for non-HK residents to report by e-report.
