Is amazon.de Safe?

I’ve never been disappointed. The selection is vast, covering everything from electronics to household items. Delivery is always fast, and the packaging is secure. I especially love their customer service—anytime I’ve had an issue, it’s been resolved quickly and efficiently.

Amazon is the biggest online retailer with millions of products. **THE BAD** REFUND FOR RETURNS NOT AUTOMATIC Once you send back the items for a return, you don´t get automatically a refund, you have to write amazon about it and double check that they refunded you. It can also be that they don´t refund the shipping price until you don´t ask for it. THE PRICE INCREASES DURING CHECKOUT Many articles show a lower price first, after checkout they are increased in the price without notice THEY BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNTS WHEN YOU HAVE SOME GOOD DEALS I have bought a couple of article in promotion, I have checked out and after that they have blocked my account and I lost the deal, so the price increased. CENSORSHIP OF REVIEWS I wrote this negative review and amazon censured it: ¨It looks good and seems cool, but it stopped working after short time It stopped working after three times I have used it.¨ Amazon wrote me that the review does not follow the guidelines. Why? UPS - AMAZON SHOULD CHOSE ANOTHER PROVIDED Amazon notified me the following: ¨Unfortunately, UPS couldn't complete your delivery and is holding it for you to pick up. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.¨ Could I know where I should pick up my parcel? There are unprecise information in the tracking and it shows that it attempted to deliver the item while it´s not true, I didn´t get any notification of attempted delivery. The whole UPS system is not well organized.

I wrote a short review of my experience in regards to a purchase from FanShop Zone (DE) and it was not posted, so here it is. - Continued - "The Bad Part of Germany The item never arrived. AMAZON SARL is working as Amazon does. DHL? Nein." Nothing wrong here. Just Amazon and their feelings.
