This site is a great site to find plenty of anime that is free!! I do not know if they provide download service (probably not) but they do, do streaming.... and all stuff is rated depending on the content of the anime...
There is no Hentai related stuff on this website

This website is alright as long as kids don't watch certain animes. For example, there is nothing to ensure that a 12-year-old doesn't watch Seikon no Qwaser, an adult anime.

My personal favourite website to watch free anime on. It has the largest selection I have found, with the least advertisements/pop-ups. If you get a pop-up, close it right away (if you have a decent adblock and/or pop-up blocker you should be fine). There are a lot of animes that aren't for children under 13, but there are still child friendly animes and movies such as "Spirited Away."

Great source for dubbed and subbed Anime! There are a few pop-ups, but Adblock Plus takes care of them.

Good, safe site besides sometimes the ad's can be annoying. Use ad-block plus on firefox and there won't be any annoying ads or popups. LOTS of anime.
