Spamvertized STOOGE Site. Spam Distributors, Tracking & Redirection - Possible Illegal Phishing/ID Theft Scams. - Site uses Obscured Redirection URLs to HIDE the true web address. - User beware. Do not become their next victim. - Site is associated with criminals by knowingly violating US Law. ** Site Willingly and Knowingly Violates the US CAN-SPAM Act by sending or have sent on their behalf UCE "Spam" to Non-Opt-In email accounts, violating Federal Law, which is a criminal act! Which of course sounds nothing like how a legitimate and reputable company would do business. ** This intended and deceitful practice of sending Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE), Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE) is not consistent with how a "legitimate and reputable company" would do business. Their knowingly violating US Federal Law reflects poorly on their entire company’s image by associating their service (“Name” with criminal actions. ** The CAN-SPAM Act governs the sending of UCE/UBE and provides penalties for violating the CAN-SPAM Act: Each separate email in violation of the law is subject to penalties of up to $16,000, and more than one person may be held responsible for violations. ** The CAN-SPAM Act has certain aggravated violations that may give rise to additional fines. The law provides for criminal penalties – including imprisonment.** The law makes clear that even if you hire another company to handle your email marketing, you can’t contract away yo legal responsibility to comply with the law. Both the company whose product is promoted in the message and the company that actually sends the message may be held legally responsible.
