They are the lender, so they do not sell or distribute your information elsewhere. The loans are expensive, but they are for people who have bad credit but need some money to solve a problem. There is no penalty to pay off their loans early, so it would be extremely foolish to try and pay off their loans making ONLY the minimum payment. If you get one of the loans pay it off as fast as you can!!

Not a rip off or scam. You want a mortgage, you qualify, you get a loan. Rates are for 15 year and 20 year. Makes no sense for bad ratings.
