Уровень доверия к подобным "конторам" ниже плинтуса. Если они прибегают к таким грязным методам "рекламы" как спам, то, вероятнее всего, бывшие клиенты далеко не в восторге от предлагаемых "услуг" и повторно к ним не обращаются. / Level of trust to such "office" is very low. If they resort to such dirty tricks "advertising" as spam, it is likely former clients are not delighted with their proposed "services" and again it has not addressed.
