A good site for hosting and organising your website's help, support and customer services pages, protocols and systems. However, they use a lot of tracking, tagging, locating and other tools to further target advertising and track your general usage. While some sites might need to use certain types of these tools to better their service to their users, no site can justify the large number of user tracking and data collection that desk.com does on its own users and its customers users. As such, I cannot give a high rating for this site, so yellow rated and use with caution.
