Is dhl.dk Safe?

Was supposed to get a card from a US bank, I knew it was going to be some time it arrives, I didnt think I had to wait 3 months to cash my money out. The issue was that tracking number never even appeared, I dont know what even was happening to my card, but one morning I just get a call saying I have mail, like how does it even work. Whould it take so much time for a small piece of plastic and some metal to arrive, it's not like you are mailing me a whole sofa through a military cargo plane... Anyways, track code wasnt there, and I just gave up after so many times of contacting bank support service, they prolly hate me already. So thanks for a track code, good service (sarcasm).
