Reports they generate are practically useless. For example: - if domain is registered dec 2010, and is checked march 2011, it's shown as older than 1 year. - "Your site has links from more than 10 unique domains" shows 0 even if domain is linked from over 20 domains. - "Your homepage loads in less than 30 seconds" shows 0.34 secs, which is practically impossible with image quantity I had in my website. I'm starting to think it's basically provided to get visitor's emails. I'll come back to rerate vendor reliability if I won't receive any spam, as for trustworthiness - sorry it's yellow.
