Is ebid.net Safe?

This site has no Seller's rules such as Ebay. The purchase I made was to a seller supposedly in Kansas, USA. PayPal notified me my payment to China was accepted. I asked the seller several questions about his identity and the authenticity of his goods. NO reply. The Cds were SHM-CDs. Japanese made and limited in production. Very expensive if they are real. The real ones carry serial numbers. These were cheap Chinese knockoffs. After reporting this to Ebid, the RIAA and the FBI. Ebid still allows the vendor to sell counterfeit merchandise to be sold through their site. They also allow their sellers to lie about the conditions of the merchandise. EBAY strictly forbids this behavior. I would never purchase something through this site again. Through PayPal I got my money back in 3 days. But I should not have had to take that route. You can't trust anything that comes out of China. Especially not intelectual property in which their government encourages the pirating of.
