Prevented authpritary about such POOR people, because using Word Press is very bad at first, but to buy one domain name woth TRUTH hosting is around 25 Euros ONLY ! ! ! Such people are ONLY ROBERS and LIERS !

Regarding the company, Fat Cow, they are only somewhat reliable. I find that their servers sometimes run extremely slow or 'time out' from time to time. I've had good and bad customer service experiences. More often than not, the reps are courteous and attempt to be helpful, but some of the time you get a 'kid' that simply doesn't know what he/she is doing. The site is great, however. It's very user friendly and almost always runs fast. No annoying ads or pop-ups. Just a flat out good platform for navigating your server and files with ease.

Had to help a friend try to escape, first they suspended her account for overusing quotas (what happened to oodles?), then they claimed she had signed up for another account under a new name (didn't, someone got banned for no reason), then they claimed she was within her limits when a chargeback was issued and they would fight it (they didn't) so yeah, do NOT use this service.

Very bad customers expirience. Hosting is very slowly from nonUS countries. I asked in chat what is a problem they said, that it my guilty and my website is huge. It was wrong and on other hosting my website flyes. Next day the speed of it become faster. That means that they lied. Now I am on OTHER webHosting and everything is ok. They do not even have cpanel. Advice you do not use their hosting service.

Terrible customer service and an even more incompetent technical staff. DO NOT USE THE CHAT FUNCTION!!! Chat staff completely out of the loop, poor communication, no updates to status of calls, incredibly long wait times for support and even then the simplest fix may take up to 2 days. AVOID THIS SITE>
