The company manually updates their orders. What this means is if you order something while the company is asleep, you will have to wait hours for them to wake up and check a box so that you can receive your item. Completely unacceptable service. This is the 21st century.

Bought a pre-release game. On release day, all that I needed from them was a 15-20 character code and they could not deliver. I did not pre-buy the game so I could be unable to play on release day, so I bought it again on release day somewhere else so I could play. I requested a refund from these failures more than once, and I never hear from them except their spam. If you want to play the game on release day or if you ever think you might need a refund, stay far away from these ripoff artists.

Nice site with great sales on video games. I found only one problem, Pay Pal is not yet fully implemented, and it may also take up to 12 hours to receive your product key. Receiving your product key depends on if the company is open for business with is 8am - 8pm GMT/BST.
