Indeed it is.

All you get for paying for this site is links to job search sites(most of which you still have to pay for) and links to the career pages on game developer sites. A simple google search can help you find both, no need paying $35 for it.

Big companies such as EA for example have there own Game Testing Department. If you want to become a Game Tester go to the website of the game developer and see if there are open positions.
