This is a site for the Helpshift company and I do not see any reason that the site should be marked as poor. It fulfills what is advertises - front page for the company with all the details of the companies products and its pricing and licensing information.
As a pure information and ecommerce site for a business that builds mobile support software I do not see any reason why this site is not trustworthy.
