Is ign.com Safe?

IGN is an interesting resource to be honest. There are some news, especially if you are a true gamer, you can pay attention to them. There is a store, there are some insights about gaming industry and all that, but I can't say that I am regular out here. There is no... a kind of feeling for me like I want to use this resource to stay in the loop of everything happening in this sphere. There are some resources which handles this in a better wya, more informative and entertaining.

it's an interesting place to read some game or movie reviews, you can get objective opinion and then juxtapose it with your own. you can even write your own review but... the choice of movies, TV shows, games and whatever is super scarce. for instance, I watched a certain movie, tried to find a place to leave review on it, entered the website and then detected that there is no such a movie available for review. it's a pity, hope these guys will expand the section for reviews, so far - dissatisfied.

While using this website looking for a simple .srt subtitle, a new browser tab opened up and froze my browser and produced a popup* which I could not banish... and then no other tab would function, nor would the browser close upon command!. I did finally discover how to defeat this little monster, but I mean, really... * popup states "Your computer has viruses! Call this phone number (xxx) xxx-xxxx to get rid of them!!"
