Is inmotionhosting.com Safe?

From the header of a spam message (had a .JPG attachment) ld109.inmotionhosting.com ([74.124.212.239]). IP traces right back to this business. I have sent two spam notifications to the abuse alias, do not expect to hear anything back. ISPs and hosting services need to watch what their clients are doing. From the header of a spam message: ld109.inmotionhosting.com ([74.124.212.239]) (like that user name, almost funny). "Help Me Make a difference". (Supposedly from "Bernard Madoff"(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bernard_Madoff). IP traces to this firm (again). Complaining to their abuse alias yields nothing. This is getting tiresome. Going RED.

Spam friendly host allows illegal spamming activity in violation of the US CAQNSPAM Act from ***** hosted on IP address  ***** and ignores abuse complaints.  Sorry, but there is no way I would ever trust my data to a host whose abuse department knowingly allows spammers to violate US federal laws.  Host doesn't accept spam complaints from Spamcop about  speedybusinesscapital.com.

Good hosting service for smaller sites without huge amounts of traffic. Their shared hosting plans and VPS ones are good, but for some reason when you get to dedicated servers, this is their Achilles heel. Once your site gets major amounts of traffic 10K plus daily, you might want to look into another service that can handle that kind of impact.

I have been using IMH for several years. I have gone through other hosting companies, and have had nothing but good experience here. I have gotten others to move to IMH. The controls are simple, their up-time is outstanding, and the help they provide is quick and effective.

I've been with IMH for more than five years and in all that time, I have yet to have a bad experience with them. They don't "push" products at you or bombard you with pop-ups all over their site. The staff (sales, tech, helpdesk) has always been friendly, courteous, and helpful. They have always been patient with me - as I've learned about creating, uploading, maintaining, etc the websites I have created. In the time I've been with them, they have very much improved their site, help files, tutorials, the cpanel, etc, etc. This is a company that cares - and not just about how much money they can make. They care about their customers and the services they offer. Something real drastic will have to happen for me to discontinue my business relationship with IMH. As a previous post stated - they surpassed my highest expectations. I think that was very well put - because it's true. Thanks IMH.

This company has surpassed my highest expectations! I can't say enough good things about them. Their 24/7 support isn't the typical hype you get with other providers. If you want to put them to the test, call their toll-free Technical Support number at 4:00am on a holiday. You will get: Short or no hold time, friendly professional staff, and all of your technical questions answered accurately! Also research their reviews, and their Better Business Bureau rating.
