Is jysk.ca Safe?

Had a positive experience ordering from Jysk, as there were a few items on sale that I wanted but were not available in the store closest to me. The first time I ordered with them, everything seemed fine at first, but a week later my paypal payment was still "pending". Contacted support, who said there was apparently a glitch when they had some maintenance, and they immediately processed my order, which arrived a few days later. My second order also arrived quickly and had no issues. The items were just as described. Good selection of items at affordable prices. Easy to browse site, but the search feature is a little weird and shows a lot of irrelevant items. The only but regarding the order process is how some items can't be shipped to your home, some can only be picked up in store.
