Is lockerz.com Safe?

I've been very dedicated to Lockerz for a while. I've gotten over 10,000 "PTZ," and apparently they are worth about 2-3 $200 PayPal payments. You'd think I'd be happy, but due to their very silly redemption model, I haven't gotten anything useful from them. General redemption instances are few and far between (once every 2-3 months), and there tends to be about 1 or 2 available items for redemption in each category, which means that they sell out before two minutes have gone by. Their new thing is "24/7," where you can bid on the same kind of items. Unfortunately, there aren't that many auctions (a few a day), and the bidding system is terrible. Rather than allowing people with a large amount of PTZ to place high bids on items they like, each user has to place individual bids. That means that not only is there no point to bidding before the last 30 seconds of an auction, it also means you're going to be forced to type very difficult captchas as fast as you can in a race against any number of other people on the internet. If someone else happens to have finished a bid before you finish yours, yours is automatically canceled and you have to retype a captcha. You end up having really no chance in hell to secure an item, even if you have a lot of PTZ like me. I'm going to attempt to get a prize, but their system is so bad I'm probably going to give up. I have no doubt that they sell all the information they collect (though I haven't gotten a huge amount of spam e-mails) and their own notification emails are really annoying too. Don't sign up, unless you are really willing to be disapointed.
