Is lp.usafis.org Safe?

This is a terrible spamming "copy" of the supposed web site that never actually existed (i think) and it's only trying to take money to "give" you a pass to America. While the only way i know to do that is the local American institution (in the capital city or in your city) that is there for this job and represents the United States of America and keeps all the legal and diplomatic responsibilities, as every representative institution of a country has to keep since it's also an image and a diplomatic matter and no one would allow that to be at risk of any kind... So no this is not an official or any kind of a legal site, and it's actually already breaking at least about 3-4 laws by claiming to be someone it's not and making ilegal offers against the law and then pretending to be a legal and official service provider or a representative of a government, and of its own diplomatic policies which is really really bad... This people are playing with fire and have been fooling so many people around for so long, if they get caught they're gonna have it really bad. I just hope they get all the proves and get this people as soon as possible, this is the disease of the internet, this is what is destroying the internet little by little... :/ (By the way sorry for all this and the my English :P )

Wer hat schon die Zeit und das Geld. Auf der linken Seite hier wird der Serverstandort angegeben. Auf der Anmeldeseite steht kein Impressum, nirgendwo kann man sehen, wer verantwortlich ist.
