Is movistar.es Safe?

Movistar offers a wide range of telecom services, but their plans are on the more expensive side, and customer service can be slow to respond. Coverage is generally good, but the overall experience can be improved with more flexible plans and faster support. At least I should know why I am paying a higher price compere to its competitors.
