These are a company that put your original music on Amazon and Itunes. There customer service is atrocious. when they put your tracks on these digital stores, it is hit and miss if they actually get it right and if you ask them to rectify any problems, it takes ages for a reply and still don't get it actioned. Be Warned... routenote can mess up your EP or album release big time. It seems to be a small time set up with people who have taken on more they can chew
