Is scan.co.uk Safe?

Excellent service from scan.co.uk they really are true to their name,delivery is super fast ( i ordered a motherboard at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon,Had the motherboard saturday afternoon around 12:30) just an example of how quick their delivery really is and that was a part that just came back into stock and definitely guaranteed ive shopped many times with them and also built many systems using their products,i must highly recommend these guys over anyone else they really are a fantastic company and when it also comes to aftercare customer support is second to none simply the best in the business,Excellent service with excellent customer care overall brilliant reliable trustworthy company,thank you and all the team for everything you do and have done for me in the past 10/10.Definitively the best place to get the best parts all at the cheapest and most reliable pricing structure available.

This company sell computer components, but are not an "end-user" organisation. If you buy something, they expect you to understand where and how it fits and exactly what it does. Returning items that don't work is complex. Having said that, I have used them for about 10 years and have returned a few items without problems.

I have used Scan for a number of years without a problem, however recently ordered several components for a new server I was building. I understood at the time that the mobo was on pre-order. I emailed after a month of waiting and had it chased, and was then informed that it wasn't going to be back in stock. They couldn't offer an alternative mobo and seemed rather brash about pre-orders being out of their hands. I had to get a refund and order from somewhere else. I would like to have been informed earlier on about the problems with my order. Disappointed with my experience after years of good service.

Used site number of times, great for service, delivery and price. I have just had to urgently replace a component to get my PC working, and wanted to order from a site that I would be confident would have the item delivered to me the next day. Scan did not let me down, and also offered huge choice and great prices.
