Is sdcparts.de Safe?

The site offers payment only by credit/debit cards. For card verification it offers either an Android app to download, or "manual verification" by getting a one time code from your card-provider. The app is malware: it hijacks your mobile's text facility and intercepts text messages from your card provider and sends automatic authorisations for debits from your card account. The manual system of a one-time code appears not to work. But in either case, the card details entered on the site are passed to a firm called Skrill.com. This claims to be a payment verifier/processor like PayPal. But in fact it then seeks to make repeated - large - debits against the card account. Skrill is flagged by Visa and others as a suspect or scam operation. This sdcparts.de website is also blacklisted by both McAfee and Norton

Supposedly for car parts, on checkout you fill out your debit card details, then it asks you to download an app on your Android phone only to check your verification. The app is non GooglePlay and asks for all permissions to your phone and cannot be shut down easliy.
