Is southernwater.co.uk Safe?

A useful site for my local wastewater company. Slightly annoying pop-up animation on main page but handy info. No reason to seriously doubt general trustworthiness, reliability, privacy or child safety. This is the genuine site of a regulated UK water company, for goodness sake, surely not deserving of a WOT pop-up warning. Maybe not a positively good site, but useful if you're in an area where you have to be a customer, fully satisfied or not. Should the site really be tarnished with poor child safety and privacy ratings so I get a pop-up "WOT Poor Reputation" warning? I seriously doubt it, especially from the 3 comments which suggest no such concerns, give no details, but suggest perhaps a dissatisfaction with customer service at some stage. Let's not abuse WOT negative ratings to tar major utility sites with the same brush as pornographers or phishing or malware attack sites or we'll all stop using WOT altogether.
