This hosting service appears to have spam problems and is not diligent enough in correcting them.

Every web page runs 20 tracking scripts nowadays. I don't think it's fair to downgrade a site for that. If you don't like it then block the scripts. I use this site and I have never had problems. My cap is 250 GBs. Even streaming Netflix, I'd have trouble reaching that.

poor upload caps no matter what plan you choose. suddenlink attemts to chase out all its competition. they also threaten any ISP that attempts to do business in the area.

Site uses java-script to hide their help contact information. A user to their site """Who Is Not A User Of Your Service""" who has to input a ""Mandatory"" Zip Code in their "" Mandatory"" Pop-Up on their Help Page, Who DOES NOT KNOW THEIR SERVICE AREA, Who is only looking for a Abuse Reporting Address, Who has to try everything they can just to copy the email addresses makes one believe they are trying to hide something and act as a Scam Promoting Site. As it would appear they are hindering visitors to their site looking for help from obtaining these email addresses. SHAME ON THEM!! Not a good business/website practice!!! Is IT??? The ""MANDATORY"" Pop-up should just be a text ""FIELD"" box in the header area where the site Tells the Visitors to Enter Their Zip Code in order to receive help associated to their service area. NOT TO EVERY ONE ELSE WHO DOES NOT USER THEIR SERVICE...
