SMS is a maintenance provider and legacy hardware reseller to business primarily in the United States. I can verify that they are a legitimate business as my employer, a Fortune 500 Company, leverages them for maintenance and touch labor. The SMS website is safe to browse and is child friendly. While I would not consider a child as a consumer of the site, it is free of questionable or suggestive material. The only item that I could see as a possible detractor from others trusting the site would be https across the entire site vs just the SinglePoint login and maintenance request area of the site.
