Stay away from this web site. Ordered out two refurbished cartridges, one color and one black. Neither worked! They rarely answer their phone and when they do respond to an email they put you through a worthless routine to get them to work. Of course, return the worthless cartridges to them at your cost and they will send you another set that probably will not work either. Please read all of the complaints lodged against this site including shipping out empty cartridges. Once a vendor proves to be unethical, then I cut off all future transactions with them. I received two worthless ink cartridges and would not dare send them back to them as it would be throwing out good money on postage and being concern they would only ship the returned cartridges to someone else. Also be careful of site name changes, and let their Tenn. address clue you into a potential dangerous site.

Stay away from these guys. Their customer service is essentially nonexistent. I ordered an ink cartridge from them the middle of November, 2011. My order never arrived, they never responded to email inquiries or answered the phone, or returned my phone calls.
